We respect your privacy and understand that you have a right to know why we collect your information and what we do with it. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our Website (as defined below) as well as information we may collect offline.

    This policy describes the type of information, including personal data, that we collect from you and/or that you may provide us when you visit and/or use superagent.com, its subdomains, the Superagent online hosted services, and any other website where this Privacy Policy is posted (individually or collectively, "Website"). "You/your/user(s)" means you as a user of our Website.

    Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this Privacy Policy does not apply to airtable.com or the Airtable online hosted services, which instead are subject to the Privacy Policy at www.airtable.com/privacy.

    • distribute our marketing and other e-mails;

    8.1 Tracking

    8.2 Promotional Offers

    If you do not wish to receive our email promotional offers, you may opt-out by checking the relevant box when we collect your information, logging into your account to update your preferences, or clicking on the "unsubscribe" link found in emails we send to you.

    Please allow up to ten (10) business days for changes to your email preferences to take effect. During that time, you may continue to receive email communications from us that were already in process. Opting out of receiving our communications will not affect your receipt of service-related communications, such as payment confirmations and delivery status updates, if we have a data breach, or other such communications for which we have a legal obligation to inform you and/or to prevent fraud or harm to our Website, our business, and/or third parties.

    When using the ad industry opt out tools described above, note that: (a) if you opt-out we may still collect some data about your online activity for operational purposes (such as fraud prevention), but it will not be used by us for the purpose of targeting ads to you; (b) if you use multiple browsers or devices you may need to execute this opt out on each browser or device; and (c) other ad companies' opt-outs may function differently than our opt-out, and we have no control over the practices of any third-parties.

    PostHog Analytics employs Cookies that are stored to your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of our Website.     1. INFORMATION OF CHILDREN

    Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (or other age as required by local law) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our files as soon as is practicable.     We strive to keep your information private and safe. We take commercially reasonable physical, electronic and administrative steps to maintain the security of information collected, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to database servers, as well as employing electronic security systems and password protections that guard against unauthorized access.

    1. EEA, UK, SWISS-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

    The disclosures in this section apply solely to residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), Switzerland, and the United Kingdom ("UK"), and describe how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal data about you.     How to Exercise Access/Deletion/Correction/Appeal Rights. To submit a request to exercise your access, deletion, correction privacy rights or to appeal a refusal to take action on a request, please email us at privacy@superagent.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and let us know in which state you live. Please note that when you ask us to honor any of these rights, we may instruct you to fulfill your request independently through your account.

    Identity Verification. We will need to verify your identity before processing your access, deletion, correction, or to appeal a refusal to take action on a request. In order to verify your identity, we will generally require either the successful login to your account (if applicable) and/or the matching of sufficient information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our systems. Although we try to limit the personal data collected in connection with a request to know, correct, or delete, certain requests may require us to obtain additional personal data from you. In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise the right to know, correct, or delete, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity or locate your information in our systems, or as permitted by law.

    12.3 Rights to Non-Discrimination

    You have the right to be free from discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. Please note that exercising certain rights (such as deletion) may limit our ability to provide you with services.

    12.4 Additional RIghts for California Residents

    California residents may also exercise the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

    • Sensitive Personal Data. We collect certain data elements considered "sensitive personal data" under the CCPA (such as account credentials and message contents). We do not use or disclose such data to infer characteristics or for any purpose other than providing our services.

    • Right to Obtain Additional Information. California residents also have the right to know specific details about the personal data we have collected, including the categories of information, sources, recipients, and business purpose for collection, sale, or disclosure for a business purpose. To make such a request, please send an email to privacy@superagent.com. 

    • Minors Under Age 18. We do not sell or share the personal data of consumers we know to be under 18 years of age. Please contact us at privacy@superagent.com if you, or your minor child, are under 18.

    • California's "Shine the Light" Law. Under Civil Code Section §1798.83, California residents with an established business relationship with us may request certain information regarding our disclosure of certain types of  to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year.     12.5 Additional Rights for Residents of Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, and Oregon

    Residents of these states may request a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal data. To make such a request, please send an email to privacy@superagent.com. 

    1. NEVADA-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

    For residents of the State of Nevada, Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes permits a Nevada resident to opt out of future sales of certain covered information that a website operator has collected or will collect about the resident. Although we do not currently sell covered information, please contact us at privacy@superagent.com to submit such a request.

    Where we hold  about you that is governed by Australia's Privacy Act, you have the following rights:
